How do I make an order?

  • Please note Raeco® do not have a showroom or facilities for counter sales so please refer to our website or catalogue for product information and call 1300 727 231, fax 1300 727 241 or email your order to support@raeco.com.au.
  • Did you know Raeco® offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee?* Should a product not meet your requirement Raeco® will exchange, replace or credit goods provided notification is received within 7 days of receipt of goods (note 10% restocking fee applies and goods must be returned in resaleable condition in their original, unmarked packaging).

Applying for web access

  1. Click 'Apply for Online Access' under the 'Home' tab.
  2. Fill in your organisation's details and click 'Submit'. Tip - make sure you enter your correct e-mail address as this is how we'll contact you with your login details and to confirm orders.
  3. Your login details (e-mail and password) will be emailed to you.

Logging onto the Raeco® website

  1. Click 'Login' in left hand column.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password (case sensitive). If you do not have these details fill in an 'Apply for Access' form under the 'Home' tab (see Applying for access). If you are logging onto the website for the first time you will be prompted to change your password from the one allocated by Raeco®.
  3. Your login details (e-mail and password) will be emailed to you.

  • The Raeco® catalogue is available in PDF format on the homepage of the website. Adobe Acrobat reader is required to download the files.

  • Prices including GST are available in the 'Product' section of the website before login. After login, prices both excluding and including GST are available.
  • Nett prices, including discounts and promotions, are available after Login.

Placing an order

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, post, e-mail or on the Raeco® website (Account Holders only). A Raeco® order form is available on the left hand side of the website.

To place an order on the website (Account Holders only):
  1. Logon to the Raeco® website (see Logging onto the Raeco® website).
  2. Click on 'Current Orders' under the 'Orders' tab.
  3. In the blank white boxes, type in the order numbers of the products required and the quantity required. Click 'Update Order' and a list of the items to be ordered will appear above the white boxes.
  4. When all items you need to order are listed click 'Complete Order'. You will now be taken to a different page where you can enter your delivery address and any instructions (e.g. attention to, level number).
  5. If your organisation uses purchase order numbers type the number into the blank white box 'Customer Purchase Order Number'. Otherwise enter your name or a reference.
  6. If you have an invoice account with Raeco® click 'Submit Order'. If you do not have an invoice account with Raeco® you will be prompted for payment. In this case two options are given: 'We will call you for credit card payment' and 'Secure credit card payment'. If you choose 'Secure credit card payment' your credit card payment will be conducted directly via the Dialect SAFEPAY Secure Payments Gateway payment facility. Visa and Mastercard are both accepted on the website. After entering your credit card details please wait until you return to the Raeco® website before exiting (otherwise we will not receive your order).
  7. Once complete you should receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. If you do not receive this please contact Raeco® Customer Service.

Freight/handling fees

  1. For all orders with an invoice value of less than $50.00, a $15.00 handling fee applies. For phone, fax and e-mail orders with an invoice value of between $50.00 and $499.99, a $10.00 handling fee applies.
  2. « Freight is additional on all furniture and large display items. When an order is placed on the website for furniture or large display items the customer placing the order will be advised of freight via e-mail before the order is processed.

Changing your password

To change your password:
  1. Logon to the Raeco® website using your current password (see Logging onto the Raeco® website).
  2. Click 'Change Password' under the 'Admin' tab.
  3. Enter a new password, then confirm it.
If you have forgotten your password click on 'Forgot your password?' under login on left hand side of website. If your e-mail address has changed please contact Raeco® Customer Service to have it updated. It is important that Raeco® has your correct e-mail address. All order confirmations are sent to the e-mail address Raeco® has on record. If we have your incorrect e-mail address you will not receive order confirmations.

Looking up account details - monthly statements, copies of outstanding invoices

  1. Logon to the Raeco® website (see Logging onto the Raeco® website).
  2. Click on 'Account Enquiry' under the 'Accounts' tab.
  3. Choose from the drop down menu, a monthly statement or 'Outstanding Invoices'. To print a copy of an outstanding invoice choose the invoice, click 'Printer Friendly Version' and then 'Print'.

Payment

Paying an invoice:
  1. Logon to the Raeco® website (see Logging onto the Raeco® website).
  2. Click on 'Pay Your Account' under the 'Accounts' tab. Tick the box for the invoice you would like to pay and the amount you would like to pay. Click 'Continue Payment'. You will then be taken to a secure connection on the National Australia Bank website where you can enter your credit card details. Mastercard and VISA card payments are accepted on the website.
  3. Payment can be made with Company cheque payable to CEI Pty Limited.
