How do I make an order?
  • Please note Raeco® do not have a showroom or facilities for counter sales so please refer to our website or catalogue for product information and call 1300 727 231, fax 1300 727 241 or email your order to support@raeco.com.au
  • Did you know Raeco® offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee?* Should a product not meet your requirement Raeco® will exchange, replace or credit goods provided notification is received within 7 days of receipt of goods (note 10% restocking fee applies and goods must be returned in resaleable condition in their original, unmarked packaging).

*not applicable for specially manufactured items

Applying for web access
  1. Click member login button in the top right hand side of the home page to navigate to the account registration page.
  2. Enter your details to register for a new account and click 'Submit' or if you have an account with Raeco® click on 'Trade registration', enter your details and click 'Submit'. Tip - make sure you enter your correct e-mail address as this is how we'll contact you with your login details and to confirm orders.
  3. Your login details (e-mail and password) will be emailed to you.

Logging onto the Raeco® website
  1. Click 'Login' on the right hand side of the Raeco® website.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password (case sensitive). If you do not have these details 'Sign up' to apply for website access (see Applying for access). If you are logging onto the website for the first time you will be prompted to change your password from the one allocated by Raeco®.
  3. Your login details (e-mail and password) will be emailed to you.

Raeco® Catalogue

The Raeco® catalogue is available in PDF format on the right hand side of the website. Adobe Acrobat reader is required to download the files.

Finding prices
  • Prices including GST are available in the 'Product' section of the website. Prices both excluding and including GST are available on products added to your shopping cart.
  • Nett prices, including discounts and promotions, are available after Login.

Placing an order

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, post, e-mail or on the Raeco® website.

To place an order on the website

  1. If you have previously signed up for website access logon to the Raeco® website (see Logging onto the Raeco® website).
  2. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and when complete click on 'Checkout now' or 'View cart'.
  3. View your order and add an order reference number and coupon number, if available. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Check your cart summary and choose from an existing or enter a new delivery address. Add any delivery instructions.
  5. Confirm any freight charges and continue to checkout.
  6. Choose payment option from 'Pay by credit card', 'Charge to Account', place order 'On Hold' or 'Quote me'. Visa and Mastercard are both accepted on the website.
  7. Once complete you should receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. If you do not receive this please contact Raeco® Customer Service.

Freight Charges
  1. For all online consumables orders there will be a $15 + GST Flat freight fee applied to all invoices.
  2. Freight is additional on all furniture and large display items. When an order is placed on the website for furniture or large display items the customer will be advised of freight before the order is processed.

Changing your password

To change your password:

  1. If you are aware of your current password logon to the Raeco® website (see Logging onto the Raeco® website).
  2. Click 'Account Overview' and update your password. This function can also be accessed by clicking on the 'Password reset' link at the bottom of the Raeco® website.

If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Password reset' link at the bottom of the Raeco® website, enter your email address and click 'Submit'. If your email address has changed please contact Raeco® Customer Service to have it updated. It is important that Raeco® has your correct email address. All order confirmations are sent to the email address Raeco® has on record. If we have your incorrect e-mail address you will not receive order confirmations.

Checking on current orders
  1. Logon to the Raeco® website (see Logging onto the Raeco® website).
  2. Click on 'My orders'. Enter a 'Customer Reference', 'Invoice number' or 'Order Status' and click 'Refine'. Alternatively scroll through those listed below.
