Did you know Raeco offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee?* Should a product not meet your requirement Raeco will exchange, replace or credit goods provided notification is received within 7 days of receipt of goods (note 20% restocking fee applies and goods must be returned in resaleable condition in their original, unmarked packaging).

All Raeco catalogues  are available for you digitally – online. Simply visit the “Catalogues” page in this website. Our online versions are friendlier to the environment and always up to date. The Raeco catalogue is available in PDF format in the Catalogues page. Adobe Acrobat reader is required to download the files.

All consumables items are subject to a flat $22.50 (+GST) delivery fee. This covers picking, packing and delivery.

For delivery costs on furniture and shelving orders – please speak with us, as these are calculated according to size of order, the products ordered and your location.

Simply click “member login” button in the top right hand side of the home page to navigate to the account registration page.

Then, enter your details to register for a new account and click ‘Submit’ or if you have an account with Raeco click on ‘Trade registration’, enter your details and click ‘Submit’. Tip – make sure you enter your correct e-mail address as this is how we’ll contact you with your login details and to confirm orders.

Your login details (e-mail and password) will be emailed to you.

Take a look for the  ‘Login’ on the right hand side of the Raeco website header [look for the little person icon].

Enter your e-mail address and password (case sensitive). If you do not have these details, simply select ‘Sign up’ to apply for website access (see Applying for access). If you are logging into the website for the first time you will be prompted to change your password from the one allocated by Raeco.

Your login details (e-mail and password) will be emailed to you.

To change your password:

  1. If you are aware of your current password logon to the Raeco website (see Logging into the Raeco website).
  2. Click ‘Account Overview’ and update your password. This function can also be accessed by clicking on the ‘Password reset’ link at the bottom of the Raeco website.

If you have forgotten your password click on the ‘Password reset’ link at the bottom of the Raeco website, enter your email address and click ‘Submit’. If your email address has changed please contact Raeco Customer Service to have it updated. It is important that Raeco has your correct email address. All order confirmations are sent to the email address Raeco has on record. If we have your incorrect e-mail address you will not receive order confirmations.

Logon to the Raeco® website (see Logging into the Raeco® website).

Click on ‘My orders’. Enter a ‘Customer Reference’, ‘Invoice number’ or ‘Order Status’ and click ‘Refine’. Alternatively scroll through those listed below.
