Paula Kelly Paull

RAECO AMBASSADOR
 

Our Principal Ambassador Paula Kelly Paull is a Coach, Facilitator and Advisor in the Library, Literacy and Learning sectors.

A background in Education, Community Development and Senior Library Management and Leadership in the State and Local Government environments aligns Paula’s qualifications, experience, and expertise.

She is a passionate advocate of the power and impact of reading, literacy and libraries in people’s lives. She has a particular interest in assisting with the progressive momentum of library people, and the development of young people and fostering early literacy. She also actively contributes to the achievement of  the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in her values based approach to her work.
As Raeco’s Ambassador in Chief, Paula facilitates our webinars, arranges networking events and gatherings and presents opportunities for collaboration and partnership in the library development and continuous improvement space.

 

 

Karyn Siegmann

RAECO AMBASSADOR
Karyn is a library industry professional with over 40 years experience and is passionate about public libraries and their role in our communities.

She loves to help libraries with small projects from writing marketing plans to reviewing programs or helping out in short term senior positions.

Karyn is also a celebrant so is excellent at MCing events and could even perform a wedding in your library!

Transitioning as a Library Leader to developing culture, enhanced performance and innovations at Raeco, Rob brings a fresh approach. This focus harnesses his extensive expertise about what makes library,  learning spaces and people tick!

Sally Sutherland

RAECO AMBASSADOR
Sally has broad experience – over 40 years in kindergarten, primary and secondary library settings. The highlight of her career was designing, in partnership with Raeco an attractive, innovative and functional new library at Glen Waverley Secondary College. Together with Raeco she has also renovated and invigorated many libraries creating a multipurpose space that focuses on student learning, love of literature, leadership and choice, to inform the design.
